Please note: Future Aesthetics does not offer next-day delivery. While we aim to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, next-day delivery is not guaranteed under any circumstances.

We also ship to selected countries within Europe as well as in America.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Future Aesthetics is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

International customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.

South Africa

Main centres: 2–5 business days

Outlying/regional areas: 3–7 business days

Europe/America 

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier capacity, peak periods, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

5.⁠ ⁠Customs, Duties & International Taxes (Europe/America)

For European and American deliveries:

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Future Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or failure to clear customs, any refund issued will exclude original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and any additional fees incurred.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.

Promotional free-shipping offers may apply from time to time and will be clearly communicated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

Failure to collect from a pickup point, or

Refusal of delivery,

The parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases:

Re-delivery fees may apply.

Any refund issued will exclude original shipping fees and any additional courier or return charges incurred.

10.⁠ ⁠Damaged, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, including clear photographic evidence of the packaging and products.

Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted. 

If a parcel is lost in transit, Future Aesthetics will assist in lodging a claim with the courier; however, resolution timelines are subject to the courier’s investigation process.

Replacement or refund decisions are subject to courier claim outcomes and applicable law.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery at the specified address.

Delivery shall be deemed complete when the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout, including reception areas, security gates, mailrooms, apartment complexes, estates, or any person authorised to accept deliveries at the specified address.

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only once full payment has been received and cleared.
